Frequently asked questions
Answers about estimates, HOA approval, property lines and installation.
Are estimates free?
Yes. We visit your property, measure the fence line and provide a written quote at no cost.
Do you help with HOA approval?
Yes. Most HOAs ask for a drawing of the fence line along with the style, height and material. We prepare that information for you to submit.
Do I need to call 811?
We take care of it. NC 811 marks public utility lines before we dig. Private lines such as invisible dog fences, irrigation or power to a shed are not marked, so please let us know about any you have.
Where should the fence go in relation to my property line?
Most homeowners place the fence a few inches inside their property line. If you are unsure where the line is, check your plat or have a surveyor mark the corners.
How long does installation take?
Most residential fences take one to three days once materials arrive. Farm fence and longer runs take more time.
What happens to the dirt from the post holes?
We can spread it on your property or haul it away, whichever you prefer.
Do you repair fences you didn’t install?
Yes. We repair wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum and farm fence no matter who built it, and we can stain or paint existing wood fence.
How do I get a quote?
